Day 2 of Austin was pretty uneventful, we got up checked out of our room, had lunch and then were on our way to Dallas.
We didn’t really have a plan for Dallas, so we looked up places to stay on the drive up. Big mistake. We found a hotel for $40 in North Dallas. It was nestled in the middle of a very bad area. The first thing we noticed was this sign… 
So naturally we left our cigarettes, guns, and pets in the car, and we were hoping the gangy looking gentlemen loitering outside did as well. Anyways after we hid in our room for a while, we decided to go downtown for dinner. We found a nice Mexican place. After dinner we hit a couple of bars, We had a few beers but called it a night. We didn’t really like Dallas. We felt like we were being judged the whole time. It wasn’t the same easygoing, fun feel like in Austin.
